The Amélie cabinet system by Neodisplay is an additional co-worker every day and throughout the day; both in the moment of service when it helps us to pick the right bottles and in times of frenzy, when it makes us waste less time and prevents us to pick the wrong item: t is easy to be wrong when the bottles have the same label but different vintages. And at the end of service, I use the system to restore the served bottles and to reorder them if needed. It also helps me to understand the sales and the trends of the moment, where the market is moving to. It finally helps me to have the cellar always at hand, with updated stocks and above all available wherever I am
